The Susquehanna Valley Chapter was founded in November 2003 by a small group of native plant enthusiasts from York, Lancaster, and Adams Counties. Our chapter meetings provide a friendly, hospitable atmosphere that welcomes everyone who is interested in learning about native plants. New members are always welcome!

Nomination and Election of Officers and Chairs for 2007

Anniversary cake and drinks will be provided by our chapter. Please bring a chair and covered dish to share. Susanne and John will be hosting at their lovely old stone mill home estate with beautiful views of woodlands and streams. Take Rt 30 to Abbottstown, turn right onto 194, pass downtown E. Berlin and continue on 194 until Eisenhart Mill Rd. (Nell's Butcher shop on left side near turn). Home is on right after passing Lake Rd. Phone (717) 259-8866 to RSVP.

Potluck and Seed Exchange
Time: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.


Our annual potluck dinner and seed exchange will be held at the home of Tom and Patti in Thomasville. Bring a covered dish to share. Drinks will be provided. Please label any seeds that you bring to the exchange. Feel free to bring books, movies, or photos about native gardening to share while relaxing with friends.
