Fox Valley Area Chapter - Plant Rescue Waiver

Release Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By participating in a plant rescue with the Fox Valley Area Chapter of Wild Ones Natural Landscapers Ltd, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am fully aware that the plant rescue as an activity presents the risk of injury. I am fully aware of and appreciate the risks and damages which might occur as a result of participation in or attendance at the plant rescue.

Nonetheless, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, administrators and executors, do hereby release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Fox Valley Area Chapter of Wild Ones Natural Landscapers, Ltd, Wild Ones Natural Landscapers, Ltd, and ___________________________________________________________________________, the Owner of the property on which we are participating in the plant rescue, from any responsibility or liability for any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, causes of action and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from my participation in our involvement with, including, without limitation, any personal injury, disability or property damages incurred or sustained by me during or as a result of the plant rescue.

I do hereby verify that I fully understand and accept the preceding conditions to participate in and attend the plant rescue.
