About Wild Ones Plant Rescue Programs

As a members of the Wild OnesŪ or a representative of receiving areas for donated plants, you are invited to participate in the rescue of native plants from areas slated for destruction. In order to participate, however, it is necessary for you to provide us with some information to assist us in our planning. Please read through the entire form, then complete the following:

This information may be used in the event we have a small site, or a limited number of species available on a dig, in order that the plants will be transplanted to the most appropriate site for continued survival. AS A PARTICIPANT IN A WILD ONESŪ PLANT RESCUE, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO SIGN A "RELEASE WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK" FORM AGREEING TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THIS CHAPTER, WILD ONES NATURAL LANDSCAPERS LTD., AND THE SITE OWNER FROM ANY LIABILITY.
